Grimentz is located in the Valais, fairly close to Zermatt. This trip is about a 2.5 hour trip from Geneva.
AIWC member, J, says that this Desalpes is better than others in the area because of its authenticity. She said she was wowed by the real flowers used.
Did you miss it? J mentioned to me that Grimentz was lovely to visit, even when it isn’t time for Desalping. She called “a chocolate box of a village”. Does anyone else have any experiences in Grimentz?

Lauren, I have some photos and two short videos of the inalp above Grimentz in June 2012. That’s when the cows went up to the pastures and had the combats for supremecy. Any interest?? Catherine
