Activities for International Women, English speaking activities, explore geneva, learning french in geneva, meeting people in Geneva, new to geneva
The weather’s been nasty these past few days! Maybe you are feeling like you should get out, meet new friends and explore this great country we live in. If so, come check out the AIWC, a club for women of all nationalities.
Our monthly Coffee from 10:00 (with a short presentation at 10:30) is a great opportunity to find out more about our language and art classes, creative pursuits, community volunteering, book discussions in English, French and Spanish and hiking around Geneva.
We are also planning fantastic outings to the Red Cross Museum, a tour on one of Geneva’s gorgeous steam boats and a trip to Basel to see the Picasso exhibition. Some of our special activities include a Geneva Photo Treasure Hunt, our Spring Luncheon and a tour of the Jet d’Eau (in the autumn).
Don’t be dissuaded by our name! AIWC members represent more than 45 nationalities from all corners of the globe. At the Welcome Coffee, many of our members will be there to share with you more about our club’s history, activities, and community service. No advance registration is necessary. Children are welcome.

Winter hike.
The AIWC is located on the 4th floor at 11 Route de Chêne, Geneva. The closest public transportation stops are Amandolier on the #12 tram line and Gare des Eaux Vives on the #21 bus line. For more information, please see our website or phone our offices at +41 22 736 01 20.
We hope you’ll join us Wednesday morning!
