Moving to Geneva can be an exciting yet daunting adventure. The American International Women’s Club has been active in Geneva since 1958 so we are an excellent source of information when it comes to schools, excursions, learning French, health care and driving versus public transport.
That’s why next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, we are running a series of two-hour seminars on the subjects that we feel might be useful for newcomers to the Geneva area.
Tuesday’s focus will be Family Life with preschoolers; including a presentation about private schools in Geneva.
Wednesday’s themes will be Health and Medical Care, Cultural Excursions and tips for learning French.
Thursday is a questions and answers session; including transportation, outdoor activities and general information.
AIWC members are invited to join free-of-charge as part of your membership while visitors and guests are asked to pay CHF 5 per day. Please RSVP at our Welcome Desk, 022-736 01 20 or aiwcingeneva@gmail.com.
